Summer (May thru Sept) Rates:
A private entrance leads to the guest level of the house, which includes two guest rooms, a shared bath, and a common area with kitchenette. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. Each room rents for $90 per night. Ask about our Active Duty and Retiree Military discount - DoD ID required.
Winter (October thru April) Rates: All rooms are discounted $30 per night from the summer rates.
Prices are based on single or double occupancy. Additional adults for each room are another $15.00 per person, per night. Children 10 and under stay free in their parents' room.
We require a credit card to confirm a reservation. Payment may be made in full, on a credit card, prior to arrival. Payments made on arrival must be in cash, credit card or Traveler's Checks. Reservations are guaranteed with the first night's deposit. This deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival (7 days in winter). Remaining balance is due upon arrival. {Winter= October thru April. Summer=May thru Sept}
